Welcome to Treeleaf Academy ("Treeleaf Academy", "we", "our" or "us").

We provide online courses, webinars, professional training, downloadable resources and other digital educational products through our online learning platform.

By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase products from our website.

3. Ordering

To purchase a course or product:

1. Create an account on our learning portal. 
2. Select your course or product. 
3. Add it to your basket. 
4. Complete payment through our secure online checkout. 

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Paystack using supported debit or credit cards.

Full payment is required before access to any course or digital product is granted.

Payment plans are not currently available.

A tax invoice will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

5. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

Once payment has been confirmed, your course or digital product will be available through your online account or sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Access is usually immediate but may take up to 24 hours.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a course or product has been accessed or downloaded.

If we cancel a live webinar or training session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative session.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can assist.

7. Intellectual Property

All courses, videos, downloads, workbooks, presentations and other content remain the property of Lombard & Associates Academy.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, record or distribute our content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses and resources are provided for educational purposes only.

They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and participation does not create a therapist-client or psychologist-client relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality content, Lombard & Associates Academy is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website, courses or digital products, except where required by law.

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to process your order, manage your account and provide our services.

Your payment information is securely processed by Paystack. We do not store your payment card details.

Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Lombard & Associates Academy are digital.

After successful payment:

• Self-paced courses are available in your online account. 
• Downloadable resources are made available for download. 
• Webinar details are emailed to you. 

Delivery normally takes place immediately but may take up to 24 hours.
